Work Request Approval

 Hi

I have created 4 Departments, and disable auto approve from eAM Parameter.

then i define one department from Department Approval form to Responsibility "Maintenance Supper User, Vision Operations"

now when i create work request only this one department is shown in Department LOV at Work request form. other departments are not shown in LOV.

here what i am trying to do is to define approval on only one department. for all other department i want auto approval.

can i define approval base on owning department rather than assigned department
