Change existing (migrated tax from 11) Recoverable Tax to Non Recoverable Tax

 I have a couple of tax rates, under 1 tax regime and tax, which are currently set to Recoverable Tax.They need to change to NON Recoverable Tax.

I added the Expense Account in the Tax Expense Account, Removed the Recovery Tax Rate from the Tax Rate, however this does not work

Also created a Recoverable Tax Rate with a 0%, however the Expense Account is not picked up in the Tax Distribution Details

Do I need to create a new Tax (and statuses, taxes)?
