Can not see LOV for Organization name

Hi All,

I am working on Oracle application 12.1.1

I want to create a Position in the Position window in Purchasing Responsibility, path Setup- Personnel-Positions. However, I can not find LOV in the Organization field. I tried to create the same position under HR responsibility and same problem there. Can not get any list of Organization name.

My question is:

1. Am I expecting the INV ORG or Business ORG in here?

2. Why am I not seeing any lists of value in this field?
