JDEdwards Batch Report - In Job Scheduler

I have a couple of JDE Batch Reports scheduled to run once a week.   THey both are supposed to write records out to files that were created using OMW.   The run but no records are written.  If I run these jobs locally, they write records out.   I was wondering if anyone has come across a problemm like this before and if so,  did you have a solution for me.   Right now I have to run it manually but we really need them to run and write records on their own.
