Effect of Row Sets on Report Manager Reports

Greetings, 
We are currently testing Report Manager for 11i and I ran across an issue with the creation of Excel templates and the generation of reports using the Generic FSG Template.

If I attempt to run an FSG report for a report assigned to a specific row set, then the report will "run" for ten minutes and crash when I view the output.

If I attempt to create an Excel template based on this report, the template will not have rows or columns in the template.

However, when I change the row set for the report, I am able to generate the FSG report, as well as create an Excel template.
