Help with Managing Consignment Inventory

Hello,

We are a Company that is on 9.0 and we have a requirement to Manage Consignment Items for one of our Branches. We do not create work orders and Invoices in JDE so POC is not an option. We do create Inventory and Non-Inventory Purchase Orders in JDE. Here is what we are trying to do: We do not want the Inventory to hit our Balance Sheet at all but we want to be able to pull these quantities. I think Receipt Routing is the way to go but I need to know all my options.
