DDLs not replicated

Hi , I have some issue with oracle streams. We have unidirectional streams configured. There are few partitioned tables. Some of these tables are being replicated to another database using streams. Recently there were new partitions created on one of these tables. But those were not replicated to target database and because of which further DMLs are failing resulting apply errors.
Need your help on

1) How to identify if DDL replication is configured or not.
2) If configured , how to find out the errors causing these apply errors.

I am fairly new to streams. Any help on this is much appreciated.
