I have increased size from 100gb to 300gb in a SAN disk for use in asm but after issuing alter diskg

I have increased size from 100gb to 300gb in a SAN disk for use in asm but after issuing alter diskgroup LOGS resize all; size is the same

I am in solaris 10 with a sparc SUNW,T5240
