HELP: OEM 12C on Sparc Solaris 10u10 not working after fresh install, cannot login

update: sorry I found a more appropriate forum, posting there.
Hello,
I just installed OEM 12C according to the docs, and the installation completed successfully according to the output.
Now when I try to connect, I get

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Or if i connect via https:hostname:9443  I get:

HTTP Status 404 -

type Status report

message

descriptionThe requested resource () is not available.

Oracle GlassFish Server 3.1.2.2

I ran OCDoctor --troubleshot --fix and received:

bash-3.2# ./OCDoctor.sh --troubleshoot --fix
