Edit functionality is not available for Approver to Edit the Requisition in Notification Window

Version 11.5.10

Requestor / Requisitioner creates Requisition in iProcurement and forwards that to the Supervisor for approval.

When Approver gets a notification, and wants to update Charge Account on Requisition, we are unable to find any link to update the requisition. Approver Can Modify option on Requisition Type is enable.

Any feed where to check if that link is disabled or why I am unable to see that link in Web Notification Window.
