Understanding the communication between various EM Components in EM 10 and 11g

in Enterprise Manager Generic (MOSC) Question
Hi Everyone,
We have a lot of customers looking for tips on how to troubleshoot the communication channels between the Agent and OMS and the OMS and Repository in EM 10g and 11g.  If you have any hints that you would like share with others or if you are running into a communication or upload issue and you would like to know if others have a solution, please respond to this thread and as a community, we will try to provide the solution.
