Relink of module "adpchnew" failed.
See error messages above (also recorded in log file) for possible
reasons for the failure.  Also, please check that the Unix userid
running adrelink has read, write, and execute permissions
on the directory /app/oracle/testappl/ad/11.5.0/bin,
