EBS front end very slow to get to login page
The db side is fine. No abnormal logs in the alert file. The listener log is fine also.
App side I couldn't find anything abnormal in the apache, opmn, or other logs. apps tier is able to communicate to db tier just fine.
I am suspecting that this is network issue and contacted network administrator.
But he is saying that he didn't see anything on his side either.
My reply to him is that if it is EBS issue, it would just be one instance. But right now, 6 or 7 difference instance are having the same issue at same time. This just seems odd to me.
