upgrade from CAM 6.0.1 to 6.9.0.20 and 6540 firmware upgrade

Hi,
Our CAM server is running S10U6 and CAM 6.0.1 . We want to upgrade to CAM 6.9.0.20, is this supported on S10U6?

Our 6540 is at firmware version 06.19.25.16, we want to upgrade to 06.60.22.10 . Is firmware 06.60.22.10 included in CAM 6.9, if not how do we get it?
Since this is a 6540 we want to avoid moving to firmware version 07.60.63.10 .
