Unable to change the Customer Name in the Receipt Window

Hi,

There is an unapplied receipt created for a particular customer which was done by mistake. But now when I am trying to allocate the receipt to the Customer by changing the details from the LOV, in the Receipt Workbench I am finding the option to be greyed out. Can you please advice why I am unable to do so as previously I could change it everytime.
