10gR5 Database or EM (Agent/OMA/Repository) upgrade first?

I am trying to ascertain which is patched/upgraded first in an EM environment, the database or EM(agent/OMS/Repository). I have an ancient 10.2.0.2 EM installation on a 10.1.0.4 database. I want to move both to 10.2.0.5.x. I have all the patch/upgrade material for the job. Which would I upgrade first? Thanks, Jeff
