RAC database restore on dev/test enviornment

Hello,
I have to do a database restore from a 4 node RAC on ASM (prod) to 4 node RAC on ASM (test). Could any one point me to any document out there that could help in in this task. I tried to search on Oracle Support but could not find related documentation. It will be a monthly refresh of test database from prod. I am trying to set  up a process that we can use to make this monthly job easy. Thank You.
