BIP not coming back after reboot

I just installed BIP 10.1.3.4.2 version in our server (Windows 2008 SP1 R2 64-bit) successfully.  Tried logging in to the app after install and I was able to get in.  I rebooted the server and application won't come back anymore.  Stopping Server throws an error (could not see, was too quick).  Started Server showed several warnings and Command window would not close.

Can anyone share info?
