Journal Preparer able to post own JE

Hi,

How can I make sure that the Journal Preparer cannot post the Journal. One way is to have the Profile option Journals: Allow Preparer Approval set to No at the Responsibility level. besides the regular Journal Approval steps. The client does not want to configure the signing limits etc. Just want to disallow the Journal Preparer from posting the Journal, How can this be acheived without customizations?
