Difference between 8.98.x tools and 9.1 tools

Hi,
Can anybody tell me or provide me a guide from which I can understand the net change or differences between tools 8.98.x vs 9.1.2 tools as far as CNC is concerned.

We are planning to upgrade to 9.1.2 tools very soon.
