Solaris 11.1, Lenovo X230 graphics broken
Hi,
I installled Solaris 11.1 on my brand new Lenovo X230 with Intel HD Graphics 4000.
Trouble is that about 7/8 of the screen are shifted right, and the remaining 1/8 re-appears on the left.
The whole screen is seen trough a grid of vertical flickering bars, spaced roughly 5mm apart (see picture).
Switching terminals with Alt-Fx result is a blank screen that sometimes flickers briefly when I try a new console, but stays blank until I reboot.
Since it is a laptop, I have no resolution or refresh rates to try out.
Did anybody experience the same and found a solution?
TIA
Volkmar
