Menu not appearing on Oracle Self-Service Expenses

 Hi

Can someone please help

When we log in to oracle self service expenses, no menu is returned on the left hand screen

It is blank.

It is working in Production but not in our test environment. 

Is there some profile option that we may be missing

Version: 11.0.300
