R03B707 Integrity report

When we run R03B707 for one of our companies, the results show that everything is in balance.  However, when we run the open a/r and compare it to g/l, it is obvious that the g/l is not in sync with a/r.  Does anyone know what tables the R03B707 is looking at and what may be causing this difference.  We know there was an issue with some documents and we used sql to fix them so that they dropped off of other a/r integrity reports.  However, there must be some other table that the R03B707 is looking at that we also
