How to handle ignoreupdate/ignoredeletes in both extract and replicat parameter files

 Hi.

 I am asked to configure the GoldenGate where on the target database we only want to capture records inserted in the source database and ignore any updates being made to existing rows in the source database. So I am wondering whether to  use ignoreupdates/ignoredeletes on both extract and replicat parameters or just replicat parameter file.

Please advise.
