What does payment_method_lookup_code null mean in AP_CHECKS_ALL

hello,I am working on developing a report on calculating percentage of electronic and cheque payments from the payment batches.

I found apart from EFT and Cheque sometimes payment_method_lookup_code is null.

when i went and checked the payment batch,it looks fine. It is neither voided nor cancelled.
