Quarterly Responsibility Access Review

Hi,
Is there any standard functionality in Oracle to provide a workflow of an employee's access to require approval for a periodic access review? I know there are audit reports, but I'm looking for an actual workflow process. Please let me know if there is a more appropriate forum to post the question.
