Horizontal Plan - Weeks of Coverage Calculation bug?

Hi -

In the PWB Horizontal Plan, the Weeks of Coverage for some item/orgs shows positive data when there are zero qty on hand, zero qty supplies and zero qty demand for the item over the planning horizon.  Any ideas on how the weeks of coverage is calculated and how this can cause this scenario to occur?
