Problem Code Mapping
I want to map problem codes to the item entered on the SR header.
I mapped this in the problem code mapping - only entering an item number and start date. No other information as this code could be used across all service types.
However when I go to create an SR and enter the item on the SR header and then click on the problem code LOV - all values appear.
Is another field required on the problem code mapping to enforce this list? Or do I need to run a concurrent request to update?
