Multi Ledger Bank Accounts

I have a client that has a legal requirement for JE sequencing in GL. Due to this we have multiple Legal Entities making up their org structure. They have a single internal bank account that manages the cash flow between these LE's and will need to in the future, specifically inter-co transactions. They actually have to create invoices and payments for these trans.

Is there a way to enable a single bank account to pay across legal entities?
