Disposal w/cash proceeds

Hi Friends,

I am using JDE 9.0 and tried to dispose an asset from application P1204 (Single asset disposal) with type of disposal "2" Disposal w/cash proceeds.

After calculating depreciation till desired period, I have passed credit entry to the account with CHCD=8 and posted the same to FA. But while trying to dispose the asset, cash proceeds and clearing entries are not getting created from P1204.

I tried doing the same with report R12104 (Mass asset disposal) which creates all the entries correctly including cash proceeds & clearing entries.

I have attached screenshot of both outputs.

Please suggest if I need to do any additional setup to dispose assets from application P1204 and P12105. I have setup disposal account rules and AAI's for disposal range AAI's.
