Need to disable 'Use subscription of the Legal entity'

Go to tax manager responsibility. Click on Party tax profile --> View tax profile --> need to disable the check box"Use Subscription of the Legal Entity". Unable to do so. Need your help in removing the check from this box to proceed for two OU's.
