EBS 12.1.3: Questions on patch 9000001

Hi,
we are following Oracle's best practices in our database maintenance:
"ORACLE’S RECOMMENDATION:  All products are installed in an E-Business Suite installation in the database.  All products must be patched and maintained. Invalid objects, even in products you do not use, indicate an underlying problem in your system that should always be investigated and resolved."

We are not using Federal Financials (FV), but like to comply with the above.

We have the following FV invalid objects: FV_SF133_ONEYEAR, FV_SF133_NOYEAR, FV_FACTS_TRANSACTIONS, FV_FACTS_TBAL_TRANSACTIONS, FV_FACTS_TBAL_TRX, FV_FACTS_TRX_REGISTER
