Need Help! oracle.xdo.parser.v2.XPathException: Namespace prefix 'ref' used but not declared.

Hi,

I hope some one could help me.. 

I already create new concurrent program using the default Print Selected Invoice from  AR application but the output is XML.

In my BI Desktop Publisher version (11.1.1.6) this was working successfully and output properly but upon upload to Ebiz it would give me this error.

 oracle.xdo.parser.v2.XPathException: Namespace prefix 'ref' used but not declared.
 at oracle.xdo.parser.v2.XSLProcessor.reportException(XSLProcessor.java:806)

Which the solution is going to select backward compatibility which I also have done.

Still same error exist.

I will upload sample XML file  with this scenario
