In Oracle® Daily Business Intelligence Implementation guide it is mentioned the folowing profile option.

PJI: Use DBI Request Set Generator
This profile option is set to Yes to enable you to use the Request Set Generator to load or
update data in Daily Business Intelligence for Projects dashboards and associated
reports. You can optionally use this profile option and enter a value of No to manually
run the following concurrent programs for the initial load and incremental updates to
the data in Daily Business Intelligence for Projects reports:
• PRC: Load Project Intelligence Data
• PRC: Update Project Intelligence Data
The internal name of the profile option is PJI_USE_DBI_RSG.
