R12.1.3 : Patch 14208483 fails to generate form ARXMACPC.fmx

Dear Sir,
Today I applied Patch 14208483 due to resolve an invoice diagnostics, during its application it returned error that ARXMACPC.fmx is not being generated sucessfully.
now users are facing issue in Sale Orders. Unfortunately, I did not observed this issue in test environement as I checked only AP application which was OK and implemented the same on PROD.
Now having issues on PROD. Your guidance is required urgently.


In the logfile we can see :
------------------------------------------------------------------------
FRM-30064: Unable to parse statement select cpc.customer_profile_class_id, cpc.profile_class_name, cpc.profile_class_description from   ar_customer_profile_classes_v cpc where  cpc.customer_profile_class_id >= 0 order by cpc.profile_class_name.
