Siebel File system \att folder contents are needed when refreshing other environments?

  Hi Gurus,

We have a production environment that having the \SiebelFS\att folder contains more than 6 million files after cleaning it.

Now the question is, when we do a refresh for other environments by restoring the production DB (and other tasks as well), do we need to copy those files? if not, what about DB tables that contain reference and information about those files in the att folder?

As much as I understand, this \att folder contains only the attachments for the production users which are definitely not in the other environment being refreshed.
