OPM Quality Specification loading API

Hi all,

We have an urgent requirement for OPM Quality Specification API for uploading Specification & validity rule(R12) . Can any one have already developed one and can share it. It is Urgent.

We are trying to develope from API user guide but it woruld take time. If anyone can share it, I would be grateful.
