Deliver_to_location_id for requistion created by ATO item

I have an ATO item that is configured to autocreate a requistion. I am able to autocreate the requistion, however the deliver_to_location_id that is populated in requsition_interface_all is incorrect. How is the deliver to location for the requistion line determined? Does it map from a field on the sales order?
