Problem with OEM / BI Publisher integration

The installation of BI Publisher for enhanced reporting in OEM12c is quite straight forward. Rob Zoeteweij captured it quite well on his blog:

Your OMS home already includes a script to present BI Publisher through your OEM console.  $MIDDLEWARE_HOME/oms/bin/configureBIP connects to the repository database and loads up all the information OEM needs to present BI Publisher through the console.

You aren't done after you install the software, create the new BI domain on your WebLogic server, and add BI Publisher to OEM.
