Filter Drop Down Lists on Forms

 Is it possible to give security that will filter out a drop down box on Planning Forms?  Like, I have "Activity Plans" and there are about 100 of them.  Is there a way to make it so the users only have, in the drop down list, the Activity Plans they have WRITE access too?
