Upgrading to R12 on Red Hat Linux 6.3

 We are currently preparing for upgrading Oracle E-Business Suite 11.5.10.2 to R12.1.3 on RHEL 6.3 (64-bit). Doc 761566.1 mentions that following kernel RPM requirement for Oracle Linux 6 and Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.

Required Packages

Operating System Required Packages
Oracle Linux 6*

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6* 

Additionally, the following RPMs are required for the database tier running 11gR2 (users must upgrade the bundled 11gR1 DB to 11gR2 either before or after installing 12.1) on the database tier:

* kernel-headers-2.6.32-71, kernel-uek-headers-2.6.32-100.28.5.el6.x86_64

Is it required to install both kernel-headers and kernel-uek-headers packages on RHEL 6.3? My understanding is UEK is oracle modification of standard kernel. Can it be applied on RHEL 6.3? If so where do i get the RPM and are there any license requirements.
