User Unable to access the smart form in iprocurement

Hi,

The user is unable to access one particular smart form and facing the following error-

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Oracle.jbo.SQLstmntException: JBO-27122: SQL error during staement preparation

Also the user is also able to access the other smart forms.
