W-2 Workfile Integrity Error Code 03

in JDEdwards World (MOSC)
Q: Why am I getting error code 03 when running the W2 Integrity Report with an amount showing against all special handling values?

A: There is bad data in Revise Special Handling Tables.  Access Revise Special Handling Tables (P067204) from menu G072472 and inquire on a value of blank.  Delete any DBAs that appear with a 9 in the option field.  Reset the W2 ID, rerun and resubmit the integrity report.  Review the output to confirm there are no longer errors.
