Manual Signatures

Currently,  all our checks have printed signatures but we want to manually sign for  checks that equals 100K or higher.

In other words, a payment  with 100K or over  the printed check should have blank signature so they can sign it manually. Can XML publisher handle this? or Is there better way to do it ( e.g profile options etc..)
