Cannot Shutdown Virtual Machine

Dear All Expert,
I have created 2 virtual machines from ISO (Window 2008R2 and Oracle Linux 5), after finished I try to shutdown them but they cannot shutdown at all is just rebooted:

- On Linux: I try with command: init 0 or shutdown -y -g0 -i0
- On Window 2008R2: Click Shutdown button.

Please kindly give advice for this.
