Virtual Machine Clusters in VM Environment

Hi All,
Regarding to Policies and Anti-Affinity Group, they should be configured in VM Production or not?

In my VM Environment, it will be configured 4 VMs as Web Server Cluster and DNS Serer Cluster, should I configured the options above for them?

please kindly give advice or experience in VM production.
