Correct Serial Numbers

We received an item from "Receipt Traveler" however, the incorrect "lot - Serial" was keyed in.I tried utilizing "Corrections" but it only allows me access to open the receipt, without actually making any changes.

Could you please send me instructions on correcting the "lot-serial" without having to reverse the entire transaction.
