P31114 Generates IC Record with Zero Cost for 02 or 09 Actual Cost when Reversing Completions using

Hello

When created a order and attach manually BOM and Route and use component types C3, C4, outside operations (D1) and materials (A1), when I complete the first time is correct the cost. But when I reverse the cost is zero using 02 or 09 for parent item. Running or not R31802A for IMs and IHs.

How must I avoid?
