SOA integration for Oracle Payroll interfaces

Hi All,

We have been using FTP based inbound and outbound interfaces in most of the Payroll related interfaces where the data is exchanged between Oracle EBS and external systems.

We are currently evaluating the option of moving from existing FTP based structure to SOA based real-time integration structure. So, would like to know the inputs from others on such exercise and if there are any specific documentations around this, it would be great if you can let me know about it.
