Ad worker Failed jtfpfcreate.sql with ORA-02303: cannot drop or replace a type with type or table de

Here is the Error:

As part of  upgrading 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.1 while applying American English upgrade patch driver 6678700 patched work failed with below error.
ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

           FAILED: file jtfpfcreate.sql on worker  1.

ATTENTION: Please fix the above failed worker(s) so the manager can continue.

Below is worker Logfile shows:

Found metalink fix 362753.1 but not sure this can be implemented.
